Mr Bharat Parmar from Elegant Dry Cleaners has recently had a PONY MPT-D Trouser topper, PONY Formplus-S Tensioning Garment Former, GMP G21-50 Roller Ironer and a Miele 25kg Wetcare system installed in his shop in Willenhall, in the West Midlands.
The business sits within a conservation area within the 16th century town and Mr Parmar was keen to convert his existing business to a greener alternative in keeping with his surroundings.
“My shop looks amazing!” says Mr Parmar “the equipment not only looks good but is working brilliantly. The finished garments are fantastic and my customers are really excited too. I have been able to explain the system and pass on educational material supplied by Renzacci UK for them to read so that they fully understand what we are doing. Just as importantly my staff are really happy with the changes. The principles of garment and textile care are similar no matter if you use dry or wet cleaning, it’s just adjusting what you already know. After the onsite training we received from Renzacci the staff are really happy with the benefits the Wetcare system brings and we have already introduced new revenue lines which include suede’s and leathers.
I already had two pieces of PONY equipment on site but Renzacci have made the development of my business an enjoyable experience from the start. They have also encouraged me to call them if I have any questions. I can’t fault any aspect of my experience from the initial showroom demo to the planning, installation, training and after sales care. It’s been outstanding and the team at Renzacci are brilliant"
Andrew Lambert – Renzacci Business Development Director says “We have been delighted to guide Bharat through his business development and are so happy to be able to provide him with a number of solutions that tick every box, from conservation and the green approach to future proofing his business, giving him the right equipment and expertise to start new revenue stream and ultimately giving him the best equipment that will keep his customer coming back again and again. The project was not a straight forward install but required the total strip down of the existing drycleaning machine to allow for extraction, but without the removal of the existing shop front. This was then followed by re configuring the existing processing area to accommodate the new machinery, not straight forward but not a problem for Renzacci UK”
