Centrifugal Hydroextractors
The Centrifugal hydroextractors J15 and J20 are heavy duty units with the drum, basin, and loading door built from high grade stainless steel AISI 304 and feature a load capacity of 14kg and 19kg for the models J15 and J20 respectively.
Specs
Designed to extract moisture from garments or other special applications with a maximum spin speed of 1450rpm and an impressive G-Force of 576G for both the J15 model and J20 model the units are a true workhorse.
These models are supplied with an electronic control panel where the operator is able to set the cycle time, start or stop the machine or open the loading door. Both the cycle step (run, brake, stop and loading door opening), and diagnostics such as warnings for unbalanced, are signalled by bright LED’s and by an acoustic warning. Additionally, a drum stop detector is incorporated in order to reduce the brake time to a minimum.
As an option the J15 and J20 are supplied with a simplified electromechanical control board featuring three push-buttons, four step indicator lights, a switch for loading door opening and a switch to select the work cycle time (fixed to 3 or 6 minutes).
