We provide only the best laundry equipment to our customers, but to give you complete peace-of-mind, the machinery comes with industry-standard manufacturer warranties, as well as the option of extended Planned Preventative Maintenance and Extended Warranties, all of which can be tailored to our clients’ specific requirements.
In the unlikely event that your system experiences any issues within the first year, our team of specialised engineers will be on site to get you back up and running as soon as possible. Our engineers carry over 350 different parts with them to each visit, so 94% of the time they’re able to fix the issue there and then, without the need for a return visit. However, if the issue is something a little bigger than expected, our warehouse stores over 1800 parts, giving you complete reassurance that the system can be fixed without any expensive replacements or lengthy downtime.
At Renzacci UK, we believe regular maintenance and servicing of your laundry equipment is the backbone of product efficiency and longevity. With this in mind, we provide our customers with tailored service and maintenance packages to help minimise downtime and costly machine replacements.
We have a range of packages available, all of which can be tailored to the number of machines on site and your budget.
Our Planned Preventative Maintenance Package includes two service visits per year. One of our qualified engineers will attend site to give your machine a full health check to ensure it’s in optimum condition. This includes descaling and cleaning out stills and filters.
Our Extended Warranty and Planned Preventative Maintenance Package is a fully comprehensive service which includes two service visits per year, any ongoing maintenance, call out fees and spare parts. During the service visit, our specialist engineers will conduct a full health check to ensure your machines are in optimum condition.
We also offer a complete aftercare service to anyone in the laundry industry, whether you’re a customer of Renzacci UK or not. Our technical team are on hand to talk you through any quick fixes without the need to make a call out.
