The UK's largest indoor go karting company, TeamSport Go Karting, has signed a substantial deal with Renzacci UK for the installation of our OzoCAB™ garment sanitising cabinets across their 35 nationwide karting centres.
It comes as the karting giants were committed to implementing enhanced safety measures to reopen following lockdown. To enable this, better facilities were needed to sanitise customer karting overalls, helmets and accessories.
Renzacci UK’s British-made OzoCAB™ is a garment disinfection cabinet that uses ozone to safely eradicate odours, fungi, bacteria and viruses from all manner of objects, including karting gear. The system uses only clean technology – no chemicals, cleaning fluids or powders.
Recent developments reported from the Nara Medical University in Japan have confirmed ozone’s effectiveness at inactivating COVID-19. The system has also been independently tested and certified by the University of Newcastle’s microbiology laboratory to be effective against harmful bacteria and various viruses.
For less than 5p a cycle, the system can sterilise approximately 30 garments or appliances within 10 minutes, with no residues or additional consumables to purchase.
In this case, TeamSport Go Karting required a system that could sanitise 40 racing helmets at a time within 15 minutes, along with gloves, overalls, radios and headsets. Given how flexible the system is, Renzacci UK were able to adapt the cabinet to their exact requirements.
Recent tests have proven that the system is far cheaper to run than buying liquids, wipes, sprays and other methods of sanitising, whilst being incredibly effective.
The OzoCAB™ has a large loading capacity, consisting of shelves, hangers and rails, to accommodate all forms of garment type. Its compact size and Plug & Play functionality enables it to be installed in the smallest of areas, with no complicated setup involved. On top of this, TeamSport Go Karting will experience extremely low running costs, no ventilation or ducting is required, with only a 13amp plug needed to operate the system. Super-fast, tailored programs meet the specific requirements of each type of garment being processed.
A sophisticated Process Monitoring feature is incorporated into the OzoCAB™, which guarantees an accurate and consistent control of ozone levels during a cycle, unlike other systems that essentially rely on guess work.
The ability to generate differing levels of ozone concentration means that for sensitive items like radios and headsets, ozone levels are accurately regulated to prevent damage, whilst for more robust items like track suits, ozone concentrations can be increased, allowing faster processing times. Following each cycle, the ozone is completely destroyed within the OzoCAB™, making it an incredibly safe system. In addition, each cycle’s progress can be monitored via a phone or tablet through the OzoCAB™ WiFi integration and app, which allows users to monitor the cycle in real-time.
